While sample papers are a great way to practice, there are several other resources that can enhance your study process and help you prepare.
Mind maps are excellent for quick revision and understanding important concepts. They can help you imagine how different topics in physical education are connected, such as the principles of training or the physiological effects of exercise. Creating your mind maps as you study will make it easier to revise information during the exam. You can make them creative according to yourself.
Many educational channels on YouTube provide free, detailed explanations of the physical education syllabus. These video lectures can be particularly helpful if you’re struggling to understand a topic.
In addition to the NCERT textbook, which is the core of the CBSE syllabus, you can use other reference books for more practice questions and detailed explanations. These books often provide additional practice questions and summaries that can be extremely helpful for your preparation.
