Everyone knows that the rich can have better lawyers in the courts. What isthe point of talking about equality before the law?
Yes, rich people can indeed hire better lawyers in the courts but as we know that law is the same for every citizen. Being rich or poor doesn't mean that equality of the law also changes. The judiciary follows the rule of equality of law without discriminating on the basis of caste, class, religion, age, gender etc.
