There are fruit sellers, flute sellers, hawkers of postcards, shops selling western cosmetics, film rolls and chocolate or copper utensils and Nepalese antiques. There is complete hue and cry in those streets. Film songs blow out from the radios, car horns sound, bicycle bells ring, stray cows’ crying, vendors are seen selling their goods loudly. Thus, the streets of Kathmandu are busy.
