1. Start researching and collecting the data.

Take a survey in your locality about how the resources like electricity, waste, fuel, and water generation. Also take note of how these resources are conserved; are there any conservation programs for energy and water conservation or recycling programs?

2. Map out all the consumption. 

Students can create graphs, charts, or any other visual representation to show how different resources are consumed over time. Find in which areas these resources are highly consumed and suggest some methods for improvement.

3. Highlight the efforts for conservation.

Adding images and interviews to show the implemented conservation projects in your locality. Add the interview of people or any organisation that is involved in these projects and its impact. Students can include the challenges faced while implementing the projects, like renewable energy installations, community gardens, or waste reduction campaigns.

4. Awareness and Outreach

Students can spread awareness using resources like brochures or presentations to spread awareness about the conservation of resources. Organisation of events or workshops about the sustainable practices to implement regularly 

5. Interactive demonstrations

Engage the community by setting up interactive demonstrations or displays to help them understand it. Telling how to decompose the food waste or the working of the solar panels.

6. Involve the community

Spread the message and encourage the community members to organise or volunteer in the clean-up events. 

7. Monitor the Progress

Keep track of how the resources are consumed and conserved over time continuously. Request feedback from the locality to find out how these projects are progressing and areas that need improvement.

8. Document 

Use images, reports, and videos for documentation. Spread the findings and stories on a large scale via social media or presentation at different community events.
