MNREGA Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 is called Right to Work because it provides 100 days of employment every year to all people in rural areas who are able to work and who are in need of work. If an applicant is not provided employment within 15 days, he is entitled to receive daily employment allowance.
