One of the present debates in India is whether companies should have flexible policies for employment. Based on what you have read in the chapter, summarise the point of view of the employers and workers.

Answer:

Companies in India should adopt a flexible approach on the subject of employment policies. As far as possible, research on increasing production by adopting labor intensive policies. They should adopt an unemployment removal policy and try to make the labor management relationship sweet.
