The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has given schools a final chance to correct student details submitted for the 2024–25 session. This correction window is open from 9 April to 17 April 2025 through the CAMC portal.
CBSE had earlier issued a circular (Letter No. CBSE/LOC/X-XII/2024-25/7667/e-file163685) on 4 September 2024. In it, schools were instructed to ensure that student names, parents’ names, and dates of birth matched the records in their admission and withdrawal registers. Despite several reminder letters sent between 30 September and 4 October 2024, many schools still submitted incorrect data. As a result, CBSE has received multiple requests for corrections.
To help schools fix these errors, CBSE has now allowed a correction period. Schools must upload the correct information along with a single PDF file containing the Admission Form, Admission Withdrawal Register, and Transfer Certificate (if applicable) as proof.
