Answer:

As we look at the data present, the table for per capita income shows Haryana leading ahead of Kerala, but in terms of literacy rate, net attendance ratio, and the infant mortality rate, Kerala leads.

This comparison clearly indicates that to judge any nation's development, per capita income isn't the only indicator. Other factors are also responsible for contributing towards a nation's development.
