The Indian central government has already made a law related to 'right to work' for 200 districts of India a few years ago. This law is known as the Mahatma Gandhi 'National Rural Employment Assurance Act 2005'. The purpose of enacting this law is to provide work to those people. Those who need work, the government has to assure 100 days of employment in a year. If the government fails to achieve this objective, it will also give employment exemption or unemployment allowance to the people.
