Question:

Service sector in India employs two different kinds of people. Who are these?

Answer:

The service sector in India employs two different types of people. This statement is completely true. There are two types of people in India, i.e. highly skilled and educated workers and unskilled and uneducated workers. Highly skilled and educated workers are engaged in the service sector because the service sector is increasing along with modernization. Due to information technology, there is a need for highly skilled workers in the service sector as well. On the other hand, a large number of people are engaged in small shops, repair works, transport etc. These are unskilled and uneducated laborers. These people are able to make a living with great difficulty and they are engaged in these services because they do not have any other alternative opportunity.
